All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm *********************************************** Mansfield News Mirror August 17, 1989 Dalton Carrell, 63, a retired credit manager at the Loving Care Mattress Co., died at 12:01 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 12, 1989, at a Fort Worth hospital. Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m., Aug. 14 at Blessing Funeral Home Chapel in Mansfield, the Reverend V. Stanley Maneikis officiated. Interment was in Mansfield Cemetery. Pallbearers: Rick Downey, Keith Whitt, Bryan Taylor, Steve Kosta, Mark James and Alan Dake. Honorary pallbearers: Bullett Manale, Wayne Brown, Wayne Boggus, Jerry Krupka. Mr. Carrell was born in Mansfield on March 28, 1926, the son of Robert Franklin and Mabel Josephine Dalton Carrell. He lived in Fort Worth since 1984. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of St. Luke Episcopal Church in Fort Worth. Survivors: Son, Dalton Spencer Carrell of Arlington; daughter, Mrs. Truman W. (Terri) Morris of Tyler; two brothers, Robert E. (Bob Edd) Carrell of Granbury and Franklin Spencer Carrell of Houston; two sisters, Josephine Manley of Granbury and Theresa Jean Pugh of Wichita Falls.
