Mansfield -  Hazel Carriker, 90, a retired sales clerk
for a fashion shop, died Monday, May 3, 1999, at a
Fort Worth nursing home.

Funeral:  4:30 p.m., Monday at Blessing Funeral Home. 
Burial:  Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center.

Hazel Carriker was born Sept. 26, 1908, in Center,
Texas.  She is preceded in death by her husband, R. A.
Carriker.

Survivors:  Daughters, Nelwyn Hann of Sulphur,
Louisiana, and Cynthia Williams of Mansfield; four
grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
