Fort Worth – Mary Katherine Casstevens, 80, retired
director of nurses at All Saints Episcopal Hospital in
Fort Worth, died Wednesday, Jan. 21, 1998, at a
Richardson hospital.

Funeral:  11 a.m., Friday, Jan. 23, at Blessing
Colonial Chapel in Mansfield, Reverend Mike Ramsdell
of First United Methodist Church, Mansfield.  Burial: 
Mansfield Cemetery.

Katherine Casstevens was born July 12, 1917 in
Leonard, Fannin County, Texas, the daughter of Elmer
and Neva Burns.  She married Harold Eugene Casstevens,
Oct. 17, 1942, in Santa Ana, California.  He preceded
her in death on Jan. 18, 1971.  She retired from All
Saints Episcopal Hospital in 1982.

Survivors:  Sons, Gene Casstevens of Sherman Oaks,
California, and Brian Lee Casstevens of Carrollton;
sisters, Juanita Butler of Slaton; and Georgia Eaves
of Houston; and six grandchildren.
