Mansfield – Edna Mae Chasteen, 79, a registered nurse,
died Friday, July 9, 1999, at a Dallas-Fort Worth
medical center.

Funeral:  10 a.m., Monday, July 12, at Central Baptist
Church in Mansfield.  Burial:  Mansfield Cemetery,
under the direction of Blessing Funeral Home,
Mansfield.

Edna Mae was born June 22, 1920, in Britton, Texas,
the daughter of John Bradford (Tennessee) and Effie
Julie Childers (Texas) Jones.  She was preceded in
death by her husband, Bennie Lee Chasteen, Jan. 4,
1996, and son, Donald Lee Chasteen, Jan. 21, 1941.

Survivors:  Son, Ronald Lewis Chasteen of Grand
Prairie; daughter, Barbara Janice (Juan) Nery of Grand
Prairie; six grandchildren; and two great
grandchildren.
