Thomas Edward Day, Jr., 83, a retired truck driver,
went to be with the Lord on Monday, Jan. 1, 2007, in
Fort Worth.

Graveside service was Thursday, Jan. 4 at Howard
Cemetery in Benbrook.  Visitation: Friends were
cordially invited to attend viewing Wednesday at
Blessing Funeral Home in Mansfield.

Thomas was born Feb. 9, 1923, in Mansfield, the son of
Thomas and Thirsa Day.

He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and was
a loving and devoted husband and father.

Survivors: Wife, Martha Bryant Day; daughters, Sandra
Visser and husband, Don; Kathy Whittle and husband,
David; and Martha Kuykendall and husband, Robert;
grandchildren, Aaron Weaver, Bryan Kuykendall, Michael
Visser, Amber Kuykendall and Adam Weaver; five great
grandchildren; two sisters; and a brother.
