KENNEDALE – Lela Eckenfels, 88, a homemaker, died Monday, Jan. 25, 1999, at a
Fort Worth hospital.

Graveside service:  2 p.m., Wednesday in Mansfield Cemetery, Mansfield under the
direction of Blessing Funeral Home, Mansfield.

Lela was born May 8, 1910 in Venus, Johnson County, Texas, the daughter of John
Burl (of North Carolina) and Jurrell Staley (of North Carolina) Foster.

Survivors:  Brother, J.D. Foster of Midlothian; and sister, Wilma Warren of
Kennedale.
