All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ***********************************************   Mansfield News Mirror February 23, 1989     Funeral services were held Thursday, Feb. 16, for Robert Milton Foster, Sr., 75, of Grand Prairie, in Blessing Chapel. Rev. Sam Campbell of the Arcadia Park United Methodist Church of Dallas officiated.  Burial was in Mansfield Cemetery. Pallbearers were Junior Foster, Jim Warren, David Burke and Walter Voytobvich. Mr. Foster died at 3:30 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 14, 1989, in Arlington Memorial Hospital.  He was born July 8, 1913, in Mansfield, the son of John Burl and Jurell Staley Foster.  He was a retired farmer and a Baptist.  He married Letha V. Marshall, July 7, 1979, Dallas, Texas. Survivors include his wife, Letha Foster of Grand Prairie; son, Jimmy Foster of Fort Worth; daughter, Diana Gray of Quitman; brother, J. D. Foster of Midlothian; two sisters, Wilma Mae (James Wilson) Warren and Lela Eckenfels, both of Kennedale; and a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren. One son, Robert Milton Foster, Jr. preceded him in death on March 5, 1984.
