James B. Hickock, alias Wild Bill, known in Kansas and the Territories as a scout of some prominence in early days, was killed in a saloon at Dead Water on the 2nd instant, by one Bill Sutherland, whose brother Wild Bill killed at Fort Hayes, Kansas, some years ago.
