Memorial service was Saturday at Rehoboth Baptist Church, 2501 Turner Way, Arlington. James was born in Tarrant County on July 15, 1943, to Harold Edward Meador and Lavenia Othell Meekins Meador. Meador is preceded in death by his father, Harold Edward Meador. Survivors: Daughter, Angela Meador; and mother, Lavenia Meador of Arlington.
