Mrs. Moorman, 86, Dies at Clyde

CLYDE - Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Moorman, 86, died at her home in Clyde Tuesday
after an illness of several years.

She was born 4 February 1874, near Gorman. She married J.F. Moorman in 1911.
They moved to Clyde from the Denton community in 1926.

Her husband died 10 January 1934. He was a farmer.

Survivors: 5 daughters - Mrs. Vera Tedford and Mrs. Viola Freer, both of 
Lamesa, Mrs. Etta Kuykendall of Sun Valley, CA, Mrs. Victoria Weathers of
Odessa, Mrs. Cordie Louise Lowder of Edmond, OK; 5 sons - John Wren of 
San Angelo, Roy Wren of Colorado, Thurman F. Moorman of Clyde, Herman L. Moorman
of Abilene, W.A. Wren of CA; 20 grandchildren; 2 sisters - Mrs. T.H. Dix of 
Clyde and Mrs. Dessie Robertson of CA.

Funeral held at the Clyde Methodist churhc with Rev. John Price, pastor,
officiating. Interment in Clyde cemetery with Bailey funeral home in charge
of arrangements.
