Barnett of Uriah, Cal., will be remembered by many of our people as the stage man was killed a few days ago in California by stage robbers. Mr. Barnett lived in Abilene for several years, and once ran a stage line from Abilene to San Angelo. He has many warm friends here who will regret very much to hear of his sad death.
