Annie W. Johnson

A Tribute of Love
Annie W., aged 18 years, daughter of H.H. and Florence Johnson,
of Abilene, Texas, died at Galveston, 11 June 1896. Her remains were
interred in the city cemetery, Abilene, Texas.

Just one year with its many changes has cycled with the past since
my dear childhood friend departed this life for one far brighter
Òwhere sorrow and pain never come.Ó 

We were children together, this death girl and I.
