Robertson passed away at 6:30 Friday morning at his home in the Panther's Chapel community, five miles southwest of town. His death was due to the infirmities of age, as he was a few months over 76 years old. Deceased is survived by a son, Horace, of this county, another son living in Louisiana, and a daughter, Mrs. J. W. Harper, of Waxahachie. Funeral services were held at 10:30 o'clock Saturday morning at Liberty Hill, conducted by Rev. J. D. McClung and Rev. Lute Raney.
