I gave you my love, you can only guess how much you gave me in happiness. I thank you for the love you each have shown, but now its time I traveled alone. So grieve if you must, then let your grief be comforted by trust. Its only for awhile that we must part, so keep the memories within your heart. I wont be far away, for life goes on; so, if you need me, call me and I will come. Though you cant see or touch me, Ill be near. And if you listen with your heart, youll hear all of my love around you soft and dear. And then when you must come this way alone, Ill be waiting to greet you with a smile And say, Welcome Home. His response to the world manifested a sort of off-beat poetry. Faced with a question he could not or did not choose to answer, he would often reply with a long-drawn-out aaaaahMoo, a phrase the rest of the family soon adopted for use in similar situations. Stevie loved music, Mozart, Seasame Street, Chicago, Louis Armstrong, Vivaldi, Christmas carols, Dire Straits and more. He loved chicken-fried steak, cheesecake, Coke, champagne, going for walks, videos, opening presents, music boxes, taking baths, eating at restaurants, singing, coming home from the development center and going back again. Stevie loved his family and they love him and miss him. Bye-bye Stevie, God bless. See you later.
