San Angelo (TX) Standard Times, Jan 8, 1995
Arabelle Yancy 91 of Houston and formerly of San Angelo, died at Saturday, Jan;
7, 1995, in Houston.  Mrs. Yancy was born Feb. 26, 1903, in San Angelo and had
lived in San Angelo until 1988 when she moved to Houston to live with her
daughter, Jessie Lou Rowe. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in San
Angelo.
Services Jan. 9, in Johnson's Funeral Home Chapel.  Mrs. Yancy is survived by
one daughter, Jessie Lou Rowe of Houston; one son Herbert B. Yancy of Borger;
four grandchildren, .Keith (Connie) Horner, of Houston, Lisa (Rusty) Holden, of
Charleston, W.Va., Kathie (Walter) Sleeth, of Arlington and Chris (Kathie)
Yancy, of McKinney; six great-grandchildren; one brother, Jack Myers of Houston.
