Troy E. Kornegay, 79, of Woodville, Texas, died Monday, September 2, 2013. 



He was born on November 25, 1933, in Romayor, Texas to Edna Frances Stone 
Kornegay and William Houston Kornegay, and had been a longtime resident of the 
area. 



Troy retired from the United States Air Force after twenty years of service.



He is survived by his wife of fifty-eight years, Annie Louise Kornegay; 
children, Joe Kornegay and his wife, Era; Dennis Kornegay and his partner. 
Sheree Fulfer; Jean Boyd and her husband, Raymond; Judy Carriker; and David 
Kornegay and his wife, Tammy; sister, Sandra Rhodes and her husband, Vic; seven 
grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Jean Willis and her 
husband, Ronald; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.



Burial at Wells Cemetery, Cleveland, Texas.
