I had made a request in a Facebook Group, "Remember Del Rio" at about 9:00 pm on Sunday & by 10:00 am the next day, on 23 MAY 2016, the request had been claimed. By 3:00 pm that afternoon, 23 MAY 2016, the picture of my father's tombstone had been uploaded to my father's Find A Grave Memorial #40998972. If you will look closely at Lemual Waydelle Hill's Black Tombstone, there is a big "sketch" in gray of 'Jesus on the Cross', during his Crucifixion. For me, it symbolizes the 28 years that my father suffered & the shame that had been placed upon my father's grave, that he had to endure, with his grave unmarked & all by himself, because my mother, Ruth E. Hill, would not allow me to put anything on my father's grave until after she had died! I buried my mother in New Mexico, on October 3, 2002, & that same week, I travelled to Del Rio, Val Verde County, Texas, & bought a tombstone for my father's grave! In Loving Memory of My Father, Lemual Waydelle Hill! May His Memory live on into Eternity!
