Wiltshire of the same state and county of Kaufman my true and lawful attorney for me and in my name and place and stead to sell or otherwise dispose of as he may see proper a certain tract of land lying, being situated in the counties of Kaufman and Van Zandt in the state of Texas which land was patented to Peter Karber assignee of W. N. McBee, hereby giving and granting unto my said attorney full power and authority to do and perform all and every act necessary to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do were I personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney may do or cause to be done in the premises.
