McBee, Decd., of the above County & State have this day for and in consideration of the sum of Eighty dollars ($80.00) in hand paid and the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. Sold, transferred and alienated to the Heirs being the children of the Said Wm. H McBee Decd., all my Right, Title and Interest in the Real Estate of the Said Wm. H. McBee Decd., which I may be entitled to as the Surviving Wife of Said W. McBee Decd., and the Chief Justice of the above county of Van Zandt has hereby authorized , when an Order for partitioning of Said Real Estate among the Heirs of Said Wm H McBee Decd. In granting to Order the Distribution amongst said Heirs of all and any Interest which I the Surviving Wife might be entitled to have in consideration of the Sum above mentioned, I relinquish now and forever to Said Heirs my Interests above Stated.
