White that lived in Van Zandt Co.,TX also who was often mixed up with my Thomas White;-EFW** Vol. 43, Page 8, 9: 11 October 1888: Deed Written 24 December 1890: Deed Recorded F.P. & Corinny Robertson to Thomas H White: The State of Texas ] County of Van Zandt ] Whereas by Deed dated October 11th 1888, Recorded in the County clerks Office of Van Zandt County, Texas in Book 36, on Page 2 56, F.P. Robertson and Wife (Corinny?) ( *in previous deed; book 36, page 256, wife’s initials were listed as J.A.) Thos H White , 75 acres of land fully described in said Deed to which reference is hereby made retaining therein a Vendor’s Lien, securing the payment of One Hundred and sixty five Dollars for which said Thos H White executed one promissory Note as follows; 1st Note for $165.00, Due November 1st 1889 , said land being 75 acres of the Elder Carew Survey and whereas said Thos H White has paid the said Notes in full Satisfaction of said encumbrances, now therefore, I, Tom Clark, the owner and holder of said note do hereby release the above described property from the Vendors Lien aforesaid.
