Three fourths of one acre, of enclosed land, out of the James Hamilton 640 acre Survey, lying and being situated in Van Zandt County, State of Texas. On the waters of Leana/Ceana Creek a Tributary of McBee Creek. One mile north from the town of Wills Point. Beginning on the (SBL of the Dan Smith 1280 acre Survey,) and on the (NBL of the Said James Hamilton 640 acre tract of land) a Stake & Rock for corners from which a Elm 20 in. dia. (?) N. 87. E 221/2 (?) . Thence west 20 vrs to Stakes & Rock from which a P.O. 4 in dia. (?) 55 W 91/2 - Thence South 91/2 W 127 vrs to stake & rock from which a P.O. 4 in dia (?) S 58 W 11 or 4 vrs. Thence East 110 vrs. to Stake & Rock from which a Blk. Jack 8 in. dia. (?) east 1/2 vrs. Thence North 127 vrs. to the place of beginning. Together with all and singular the rights, members hereditaments and improvements to the same belonging or in anywise incidental or appertaining thereto do have, and to hold, all and Singular the Promises above mentioned unto my said, Deceased Family and I do-hereby, bind my heirs and legal representatives to forever warrant and defend all and Singular the title to the above mentioned promises with the said Deceased Family and against every person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof.
