F. Dutton Lease: LIZZIE COOK, DEPUTY, The State of Texas] Van Zandt County] Know all men by these presents, That I, L. H. White of Van Zandt County Texas for and in consideration of Sixty Dollars to me in hand paid by J. F. Dutton, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have granted bargained and leased to the said J. F. Dutton of Van Zandt County for the year 1902, said lease commencing at the date of this instrument and to continue through the year 1902 and I do by these presents lease and convey unto the said J.F. Dutton the following described land, to wit. Situated in Van Zandt County about 6 miles north from Wills Point and being 50 acres more or less and a part of the John Blair Survey and being the same land deeded me by J.F. Belew, and now occupied by me and I do by these presents relinquish to the said J.F. Dutton or his assigns all of my rights of occupancy or control of the above described premises as well as its rents and revenues or products for the year 1902, to have and to hold the above described premises together with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging from now and including the year 1902 unto the said J.F. Dutton and his assigns, And I do hereby bind myself and legal representatives to warrant and defend all and singular the right of possession and control of the said above described premises unto the said J.F. Dutton and his assigns against the claim or claims of all persons claiming the same or any part thereof, during the time above specified, that is from now and including the year 1902, at the end of which time this lease shall expire.
