White joined by her husband Thomas White, for and in Consideration of Six hundred Dollars, to us in hand paid by John White of Van Zandt County, Texas, the receipt of which is hereby, acknowledged have this day granted, bargained, sold, and conveyed and by these presents, do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the Said, John White all the following described tract or parcel of land towit: Situated in Hunt County, Texas, on the waters of the Sabine River and being fifty acres, more or less of the Eligo Alvarado Grant, for a League and Labor of land and being the northern end of Lot No. 5, in the partition of Said Alvarado Survey, Among he heirs of Simpson et-al and bounded Thus; Beginning at a stake on the N.W. Corner of Lot, No. 4 from which a Post Oak brs. S. 44 degrees E. 16-2/3rds vars, a Black Jack Brs. S. 10-1/2 degrees E. 3-8/10ths vars: Thence W. 654 vars, a stake from which a Post Oak brs. S. 56 degrees E. 8-6/10ths vrs. a Post Oak brs S. 17-/12 degrees W. 18-2/10 vars: Thence S. to the NB line of Van Zandt County the Same being the SB line of Hunt County; Thence E 654 vars, to the WG line of Said Lot No. 4; Thence N to the Beginning. To have and to hold the above, described premises unto himself the Said , Jno White his heirs and assigns forever, and we hereby, bind Ourselves, Our heirs and legal representatives to warrant, and forever defend all and singular the said premises unto him the Said John White his heirs and assigns against any and all persons whomsoever lawfully, claiming or to claim the Same or any part thereof.
