Nettie Marie Davis
Funeral services for Nettie Marie Davis, 80, of Grand Saline, took place
Saturday, Jan. 20, 2007, at Bartley Funeral Home with Bro. Mark Winskie
officiating.  Burial took place after at Woodside Cemetery under the direction
of Bartley Funeral Home.
Mrs. Davis passed away Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2007, at Tyler.  She was born on May
8, 1926, in Van Zandt County to the late Henry Nathan & Lottie Duron Fields
Orsborn.  Mrs. Davis lived most of her life n Grand Saline.  She was a member of
the First Baptist Church in Grand Saline and a homemaker.
Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard Davis; a
sister, Lucille Sherwood; and two brothers, Leroy & G.W. Orsborn.
She is survived by her two sons, David Davis of Grand Saline and Larry Richard
Davis of Texarkana; a daughter & son-in-law, Shirley & Jon Grisham of Tyler; a
sister, Fayle Carpenter of Garland; two sisters-in-law, Myrtle Clark of Tyler
and Edna Fae Carter of Grand Prairie; six grandchildren and four
great-grandchildren.
