Born June 19,1951, passed away April 17, 2009. Age 57.

He is survived by his wife, Gracie; daughters, Regena McNeely Bean and 
husband, Richard Kelly Bean; Tamara McNeely Keeton and husband, Jason, and 
Lacey Carleen McNeely; son, Joseph McNeeley; Gracie's children; Patsy Brewer; 
and grand children, Brooklyn Skylar Bean, Tyler Dean Keeton, Savannah Alexis 
Bean, Shelby Carleen Keton and Branson McNeel Bean.

Mr. McNeely grew up in Bossier City, Louisiana where he was "Mr. Bossier High 
School:. He was a member of the two-time national championship football team 
at Louisiana Tech., and was an All American. He was a member of the Louisian 
Tech Hall of Fame, the State of Louisiana Hall of Fame and Bossier City Hall 
of Fame. "Joltin Joe' was also a professional boxer and a successful 
entrepreneur.
