Jane Booth, his wife all of County of Austin  to Dominicus Parker of Brenham
Washington County for sum of $1.00 paid in hand.

Tract of land in Co of Milam part of Farley Grant Vol 4 p. 343)  1,166 acres
Beginning at stake in N most corner of Said Grant, thence S. 71......

Hugh C. McIntyre, Administrator of Estate of Dominicus Parker dec'd.

Ordered to sell certain lands to pay debts  (1166 acres) (part of the
Headright of Henry Farley). This portion was conveyed by Frederick M. Grimes,
Elmira S. Grimes, Thomas H. Booth and Mary Jane Booth heirs at law of said
Henry Farley to the said Dominicus Parker by deed dated 10th day  Jan 1848 -
duly recorded in Co. Milam.

Land in NW corner of grant. Duly advertised for sale with public outcry  at
Courthouse Door Town of Brenham 1st Tues Oct 1854.

J.D. Giddings bid 51 cents/acre  $575.60

Recorded Nov 1854.

Additional Comments: NOTE: Mary Ann Jane and Elmira Susan were daughters of
Henry Farley, and heirs at his death in 1834

I don't know their connection with Dominicus Parker.
