Born 1/20/1964 in Dumas, Texas to Clarence Ray and Colleen (Robertson) Alls. 
Graduated from Kelton High School in 1983. Married Melanie Williams in Olton, 
Texas on 12/20/1987. Preceded in death by his father and infant daughter, Kylan
Alls
Alls. Survived by his wife, Melanie, of the home; son, Payton Alls of Amarillo; 
daughter Jordan (Josh) Bryant of Kelton; daughter Jessica Alls of Kelton; two 
granddaughters, his mother, Colleen Alls; one brother Lynn Alls of Kelton and 
one sister, Nancy Davis of Kelton. Services 1/29/2016 at Kelton Cemetery in 
Kelton, TX.
