County Star News
Born 10/1/1918 in Mobeetie, TX; died in Amarillo. Married Arthur B McPherson on 
9/18/1941 who passed away on 2/26/1963. In 1986, she married Henry A Holcomb 
who passed away in 2008 after a lengthy illness. Member of First Baptist Church 
in Amarillo. She was preceded in death by both her husbands, her sons Ted, Art, 
Bob and Bill, her daughter Selma, her father, her mother, her brothers and a 
sister. She is survived by her grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. 
Services were held at First Baptist Church in Amarillo, and burial in Mobeetie
Cemetery.
