SMITH

Doris Elaine Smith passed away Saturday, June 19, 1999 in a local
 hospital. She was born in Burkburnett, Texas on May 26, 1921.
She is preceded in death by her husband Russell Lyle Smith and 
sister Majorie Ermis.

She is survived by her daughter Beverly Walston (Joe "Skipper") of 
Corpus Christi, TX; two grand-daughters Jennifer Jo and Melissa Elaine 
both of San Marcos, TX; two brothers Clifton D. Bowden of Corpus 
Christi, TX, Billy J. Bowden (Bettie) of California; one sister Ima Jean 
Grunow (AL) of Corpus Christi, TX; brother-in-law Leslie Smith (Fran) 
of Colusa, Illinois, brother-in-law George Ermis (JoAnn) of Edroy,
TX; and several nieces and nephews. 

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, June 21, 1999 at 3:00 p.m. in 
the Reid Chapel at Seaside Memorial Park and Funeral Home. 
Entombment will follow.
