San Antonio Light April 18, 1883
Floresville, Texas, April 16. -- Dr. Dryden died on Friday, the 13th instant,
while on his way from San Antonio to his home in Floresville.  He had been sick
for more than three months and convalescent but a short time.  He was buried in
the cemetery here on the following day, being followed to his last resting place
by many warm friends, who held the highest respect and confidence for him,
Professor Lopas officiating at the grave.
