Hall died Nov. 30, 1999, in Louisiana. She was born Jan. 23, 1905, in Chico. She was a homemaker and a seamstress supervisor at the Decatur Garment Factory. She married Forrest L. Hall Sr. on Aug. 16, 1925. He preceded her in death, along with two sons, Ralph and Keith. She was a member of the Church of Christ. Hall is survived by two sons, Forrest L. She was the daughter of Ed Gann and Dorothy Davis Gann. McKittrick was a homemaker and was also a member of the First Baptist Church of Bridgeport. She was preceded in death by her father, her brother, Mickey Sims and nephew, Michael Sims. She married Luke McKittrick on March 25, 1961, in San Benito. They were married 38 years until they died together in a tornado. They had lived in Wise County near Chico for 18 years. She is survived by one son, Luke D. McKittrick and his wife Bobbie of Bridgeport; one daughter, Deborah McConnell of California; her mother Dorothy Gann of Chico; a sister-in-law, Wanda Sims of Whitney; half-brothers and half-sisters, Matt Sims, Mark Sims, Lisa Wood, George Sims and Pam Johnson, all of Garland and Chris Re of Austin; and a granddaughter, Kylie McKittrick of Bridgeport. C.M. ‘Moran’ Burke 1919-1999 Service for C.M. “Moran” Burke, 80, was Monday, Dec. 6 at the First Baptist Church in Brownwood. Dr. Ron Cook and Dr. L.L. Morris officiated. Burial followed at Oaklawn Cemetery in Decatur. Burke died Dec. 4, 1999, at his home in Brownwood. Born March 7, 1919, in Denton, Burke was enrolled at North Texas State University when he was called to military service in 1941. He married Mildred Slater and spent the next 35 years in the banking profession. He was a deacon at the First Baptist Church of Midland, Corpus Christi, and Brownwood. He retired and moved to Brownwood with his wife where they built and managed several rental properties. Survivors include his wife, Mildred Burke of Early; a daughter and son-in-law, Mary and David Carpenter of Waco; three grandchildren, J.T., Mary Margaret and Anne Carpenter, all of Waco; two brothers, H.F. Burial followed at the Chico Cemetery. McKittrick was born on March 18, 1940, in Baltimore, Md. He died on Dec. 2, 1999, in Chico. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Elmer McKittrick. He was the son of Luke William McKittrick and Mary Trentler McKittrick. He and his wife Cindy had resided in Wise County for 18 years near Chico. McKittrick served 23 years in the United States Air Force and retired as a major. He was the retired owner of Bridgeport TV Repair and a member of the First Baptist Church of Bridgeport. He married Cindy Gann McKittrick on March 25, 1961, in San Benito. They were married 38 years until they died together in a tornado. He is survived by one son, Luke D. McKittrick and his wife Bobbie of Bridgeport; one daughter, Deborah McConnell of California; his mother-in-law, Dorothy Gann of Chico; one brother, Lawrence McKittrick of Pennsylvania; three sisters, Pat Holste of Florida, Dot Abbott of Georgia and Debbie Knight of Pennsylvania; and a granddaughter, Kylie McKittrick of Bridgeport. Born April 27, 1914, in Leonard, Hancock was married to the late Meldon William Hancock and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Sherry Kay Barclay; two sons, Billy Ray and Meldon “Buster” Hancock; two brothers, Rembert and Tam Teague; and a sister, Myrtle, who died as an infant. She is survived by two sons, Chester Wayne and James Gary Hancock, both of Alvord; 11 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. McDonnell died Dec. 2, 1999, in Dallas. Born Jan. 9, 1919, in Whitesboro, McDonnell was a homemaker and an active member of the First Baptist Church of Keller. She lived in Keller for 45 years until her husband of 62 years passed away. She then moved to Decatur. Sue Giles Rowe 1937-1999 Sue Giles Rowe, 62, of San Antonio died Wednesday, Dec. 8, 1999, in San Antonio. She was born Nov. 11, 1937, in Hale Center. Memorial services were at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church in Bridgeport, Texas, officiated by Dr. Bill Dye, pastor. A former resident of Bridgeport, she graduated from Bridgeport High School in 1956. She attended Decatur Baptist College and graduated with an AA Degree in 1958 and went on to receive her bachelor’s degree in home economics from Texas Woman's University in 1960. She spent most of her adult life in California until her relocation to San Antonio 10 years ago. She was preceded in death by her father, J. E. Giles, Jr. She is survived by her daughters, Kimberly Rowe-Redmerski and Faith Rowe, both of Las Vegas, Nev.; her mother, Alma Faye Giles of Pottsboro; grandson, Connor Joseph Redmerski, Las Vegas; her sisters, Nelda Lambert and Jo Linda Garrett of Pottsboro and Jean Hefner of Allen; nine nieces and nephews; 20 grand-nieces and nephews.
