Rev. Warren Crothers officiated. Burial followed at Thomas Cemetery in Bridgeport. Allen died Monday, May 15, 2000, in Fort Worth. Born Dec. 9, 1934, in McLean, she lived in Bridgeport 34 years. She was a retired secretary for Moore's Business Forms in Denton. She married Billy Ray Allen on July 30, 1966, in Denton. He preceded her in death on July 24, 1999. She is survived by her parents, Walter and Lillian Shirley; her son, Richard Ooten and wife Sharlene; her daughters, Kathy Morrow and husband Joe, Sandy Bailey and husband Rick and Tawana Cothran and husband Rick; her sisters, Carol Embry and husband Eugene and Kay Draughon; 10 grandchildren, Tiffaney, Brandey, Wes, Chad, Lori, Ryan, Mara, Garrett, Tommy and Tanner; and five great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Ryan Ooten, Garrett Reeves, Tanner Reeves, Tommy Reeves, Chad Morow and Wes Bailey.
