Burial followed at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens. Bobby Gobble and Ray McDonald officiated. Copeland died Thursday, Jan. 27, 2000. She was a member of the Pleasant Ridge Methodist Church of Pulaski, Tenn. She was the owner of Tackle's Cafe in Decatur for many years. She is survived by her husband of 17 years, Leland Copeland of Florence; step-daughters, Peggy McDonald of Florence and Carolyn Hurn of Lakeland, Fla.; sister, Lorene Wilburn of Florence; brothers, Bernard Chapman and James E. Chapman, both of Pulaski, Tenn. and Bobby V. Chapman of Brentwood, Tenn.; step-brothers, Leslie Tucker and Harold Tucker, both of Pulaski, Tenn.; eight step-grandchildren; 14 step-great-grandchildren; one step-great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews. -----------
