               Chester Wayne Hancock 1939-2000

Graveside service for Chester Wayne Hancock, 60, of Alvord, was Friday,
Feb. 18, at the Alvord Cemetery. The Rev. Charles Taylor officiated.
Hancock died Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2000, in Alvord.

Born Nov. 7, 1939, in Alvord, he was a truck driver.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Billy Ray and Buster Hancock,
both of Alvord and one sister, Sherry Kay Barclay.

He is survived by his brother Gary Hancock and wife Martha of Alvord; 
his aunts, Lola Fugate, Alpha Jean Gose, both of Alvord; Agnes Raley of
Fort Worth and Emma Pet Teague of Claude and numerous nieces and 
nephews.
