                         Harold Charles Harris
                               1920-2000

Service for Harold Charles Harris, 81, of Pensacola, Fla., was Monday, 
March 27, at Pensacola Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. 
The Rev. James Benefield officiated. Burial followed at Pensacola 
Memorial Gardens. Harris died March 25, 2000.

He is survived by his wife, Seminola Harris, a son, Charles W. and wife
Mary Harris of Decatur; a daughter, Zella Harris of Denton; 
step-daughters Betty Richmond of Tennessee and Carolyn and husband 
Larry Carpenter of Pensacola; stepsons John and wife Lee Diggs of Las 
Vegas, Nev., Eddie Hillard, Benny and wife Kay Hillard of Pensacola and
Jewell Kinsey of Arkansas; 20 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were his grandsons.
