                      Matthew Gaylord Kemp
                           1986-2000

Service for Matthew Gaylord Kemp, 13, of Rhome is Thursday, May 18, at 
4 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Rhome. The Rev. Ron Graham will 
officiate. Burial will follow at the Aurora cemetery.
Kemp died Sunday, May 14, 2000, at a Fort Worth hospital.
 
Born July 4, 1986, in Bridgeport, he was a seventh grade student at 
Chisholm Trail Middle School where he was an A-B honor student and a 
member of the seventh grade basketball team.

He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Terri and Allen Kunard of 
Rhome; his father, Victor Kemp of Rhome; two brothers, Lantz Kemp of 
Rhome and Chris Kunard of Lenexa, Kan.; grandparents, G.H. Trimuar of 
Huntsville, Milton and Leona Kemp of Jacksboro and Wayne and Verna 
Kunard of Lenexa.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to an 
account established at First National Bank of Texas, P.O. Box 300, 
Decatur, Texas 76234, to help defray funeral expenses.
