Ruby Opal Kinsey
1911-2000

Service for Ruby Opal Kinsey, 89, of Bridgeport was Monday at Hawkins 
Funeral Chapel in Bridgeport. Dr. Bill Dye officiated and burial 
followed at East Bridgeport Cemetery. Kinsey died April 22, 2000, in 
Bridgeport.

Born Jan. 25, 1911, in Bridgeport, Kinsey was a member of the First 
Baptist Church of Bridgeport. She was a salesperson in the retail 
clothing industry and was preceded in death by her husband, Gabe Kinsey.

Survivors include a nephew, Tom Clark of Las Vegas, Nev.; two nieces, 
Jackie Fuson of Lovington N.M. and Sherry Whister of San Diego, Calif.;
a cousin, Betty Chaney of Decatur; and three great-nieces.

Pallbearers were Kevin Woodard, Craig Woodard, Stacy Green, Barry Green,
James Pewitt and Mike Pewitt.
