Dr. Thomas O. Brumett will officiate and will be assisted by Berl Pedigo. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Cemtery. McNair died Thursday, Sept. 22, 2005, in Decatur. Born Sept. 5, 1947, in Mercedes, he was a program specialist for the Department of Public Safety. He married Priscilla Jane Townes Aug. 18, 1995, in Marietta, Okla. McNair was in the U.S. Navy and was a member of the First United Methodist Church. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Paradise. He was preceded in death by his wife on June 24, 1995; and two sisters, Doris Cocanougher and Barcie Lee Chapman.
