 To All Who Shall See These Presents GREETINGS:
         KNOW YE, That Any Person Legally Authorized to Celebrate the Rites Of 
Matrimony, Is Hereby Licensed to Join In MARRIAGE, as Husband And Wife W.F. 
RUTHERFORD And MISS LULU CLINESMITH And For So Doing This Shall Be His 
Sufficeint Authority; and due return made in sixty days after Solemnization.
                             IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I as Clerk of WISE County, 
hereunto subscribe my name and affix the Seal of said Court, this the 28th day 
of November 1894

NOTE:
Lulu and William F Rutherford moved to Oklahoma very shortly after they were 
married. They settled at Roger Mills and then moved to Beckham County where 
they made their home until both died. Beckham was their home from 1897 until 
William died in 1943 and Lulu in 1955. Both are buried at Lone Oak Cemetery.
Lulu never remarried.
