Aubrey Taylor Brooks, 88, died Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2004, in Graham. Graveside
service was Friday, Dec. 10, at Medlan Chapel Cemetery under the direction of
McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home.

Mr. Brooks was born Sept. 16, 1916, in Young County where he was a lifetime
resident. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and was a member of
Calvary Baptist Church in Graham.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathryn and a son, Jerry Taylor Brooks.

Survivors include a son, Tommy Brooks and wife Sherian of Weatherford; a
daughter, Buena Creswell of Wichita Falls; six grandchildren; 13
great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
