James Robert “Bob” Campbell, 76, died Saturday, April 23, 2005, in a Mineral
Wells nursing home. A graveside funeral was held Tuesday, April 26, in Pioneer
Cemetery with Jim Senkel, pastor of Salem-Crestview United Methodist Church,
officiating.

Mr. Campbell was born April 8, 1929, in Wichita Falls. He was a Veteran of the
United States Army serving in World War II and a Methodist. Mr. Campbell was a
longtime resident of Holliday and a retired switchman for Southwestern Bell
Telephone.

Survivors include a son, Robert Campbell of Fort Worth; and two grandchildren,
Shannon and Clay Campbell.
