Sarah Grace Freeman, infant daughter of Dax and Jennifer Freeman of Graham, was
born and died Friday, Dec. 17, 2004, at Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth.

Graveside funeral services were Monday, Dec. 20, at Oakwood Cemetery in Hamilton
under the direction of Riley-Gardner Funeral Home.

Sarah was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Bud Freeman.

She is survived by her parents, Dax and Jennifer Freeman of Graham; two sisters,
Cassidy and her twin, Madison Brooke, both of Graham; her maternal grandparents,
Mr. and Mrs. Terry Bratton of Abilene; her paternal grandmother, Shirley Freeman
of Hamilton; her maternal great-grandfather, Orville Bratton of Abilene; and her
paternal great-grandmother, Pauline Meher of Hamilton.
