Edgar Lee “Eddie” Hanks, 57, died March 31, 2005, at Campbell Health System in
Weatherford. Funeral services were Monday at Faith Center Assembly of God with
Wayne Hardin and H.L. Jayne officiating. Burial followed in Indian Mound
Cemetery. McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Hanks was born Nov. 19, 1947, in Lubbock to Jim Hanks and Christine
Willenborg. He was a retired oil field worker and spent most of his life in
Graham.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Marshall Hanks; a nephew, Michael Hanks;
his father, Jim Hanks and by his stepfather, Eddie Willenborg.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Hanks of Weatherford; two sons, Jimmy Hanks of
Wylie and Jason Hanks of Graham; his mother, Chris Willenborg of Graham; his
stepmother, Winnona Hanks; a brother, John Hanks; eight stepbrothers and
sisters, Curtis Willenborg, Penny Willenborg, Jeff Willenborg, Eddie Leon
Willenborg, Kay Willenborg, Weldon Baker, Dale Baker and Leroy Baker; three
stepchildren, James Watson of Weatherford, Kim Sweeney of Ruidoso, N.M., and
Krissy Birdwell of Graham; four granddaughters and one grandson.
