Creighton Gayle VanHorne, 72, of Greenville died Monday, Feb. 14, 2005, in
Dallas. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday Feb. 23, at the City of
College Station Cemetery.

Mr. VanHorne was born May 30, 1930, in Eliasville to Clarence and Edna Beatrice
(Glover) VanHorne. He married Glenna Robinson Oct. 3, 1948, in Olney. He was a
consultant in the petroleum business.

He is survived by his wife, Glenna VanHorne of Greenville; two sons, Larry Lee
VanHorne of Portland, Maine, and Thomas VanHorne of Greenville.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be made to a memorial scholarship
fund through the Association of Former Students at Texas A&M University.
