Josie Walden, 91, died Monday, April 18, 2005, at her home in Bryson. Her
funeral was held 11 a.m. Friday, April 22, at Bryson Church of Christ with
burial in Cottonwood Cemetery. McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home in Graham was
in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Walden was born July 10, 1913, in Young County and lived in Bryson most of
her life. Her husband, Gerald Walden, preceded her in death in 1996. Mrs. Walden
was a member of the Bryson Church of Christ.

Survivors include daughters, Pat Kinder of Bryson and Peggy Coker of Fair Oaks
Ranch; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two
great-great-grandchildren.
