b 8 May 1921 - most likely Newcastle, Young County, Texas
D 21 January 1954
Parents Clayton Randolph and Mary-father worked in Blacksmith Shop in Newcastle 
and later was a house painter in Graham

Served as PTR2 in the USNR during WWII

Grandson of Miles Cook and Marinda Jane Purcell Cook who started a blacksmith 
shop in Newcastle that was later run by Andrew Jackson (AJ) Neal

Brother of Dorothy Cook and Harold B. Cook
