Thursday, 25 January 1877

It is ordered by the Court that the following named Jurors be discharged, be
allowed each $1.00 for their service to the court for serving one day:
James Timmons
C.T. Bass
Calhoun Graham
E.B. Coffman
R.W. Sneed
W.T. Bunger
J.P. Rice
John Lillard
Dan Messenger
Bert Kramer
George Wilder
G.A. Graham

It is ordered by the Court that the Officers of Court be allowed their costs, towit:
N.E. Young, attorney [Attorney fee and bond] $12.00
E.T. HIlliard, County Judge $3.00
W.T. Ditto, Clerk $9.60
L.P. Brooks, Sheriff $3.50
and the County treasurer is hereby directed to pay
