Peveler to Partition Estate Estate of G.C. Peveler, deceased This day this cause came on to be heard and it having been shown that Benjamin Peveler of Young County, Texas of foresaid Fannie Peveler and Bettie Peveler of Hood County have no guardian and that their father and mother are both deceased. It is therefore ordered of said William J. Peveler asking the appointment of a Commission to divide the following lands belonging to the Estate of the aforesaid G.C. Peveler towit: Eleven hundred and thirty-six acres, situated in Young County, Texas being the same land conveyed by Deed from William Kennedy and Nancy Kennedy his wife, to R.H. Matthews and G.C. Peveler said deed bearing date of 4 September 1861 conveyed his interest in the aforesaid land to A.B. Medlan by deed dated 20 November 1861 and recorded in Record Book D, pages 112 and 113. It is further ordered by the Court that W.T. Bunger, A. Timmons and A.B. Medlan constitute said commission next term. The town of Graham on the third Monday of January 1877 it is further ordered that Alex Timmons act as guardian ad letum for the aforesaid minor heirs.
