          Died:

     At Scipio, Millard Co., Nov. 19, at 10 p.m., ARTEMUS MILLETT.

     Deceased was born in Westmoreland, New Hampshire,
Sept. 11, 1790; had four of his sons present with him at his death, two
from Nevada, one from California, and one residing in Scipio; when his
sons came he said he thought they were come to bury him; death seemed to
have struck him about two days previous to his sons' arrival. He died in
full faith and hope of a glorious resurrection.--Com.
