At Oak City, Millard County, June 8th, 1878, Mother LYDIA PARTRIDGE, relict of the late Bishop Edward Partridge. She was the daughter of Joseph and Meriam Howe Clisbee, and was born at Marlboro, Middlesex County, Mass. She embraced the gospel in 1830, went through all the persecutions of the Church, endured those hardships with patience and fortitude, was faithful in all things and won the confidence and esteem of every one who knew her. The funeral took place at Fillmore City on the 11th inst.
